a little more about me!
My name is Ana. [pronounced On-uhh] I am 22 years old and a lover of Jesus, people, and coffee.
I am currently finishing up my last semester at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business-Spanish.
I was born in Bogota, Colombia but have lived most of my life in the great state of Virginia. My family moved back to Bogota my first year at UMW so I still get to visit those beautiful Andes Mountains a couple times a year.
I live in a house with five other unbelievable ladies who have transformed my life by the way they live their lives wholly devoted to finding life and joy in nothing but Christ. Long live The Birdhouse!
I find incredible joy sitting on a porch swing with a cup of coffee listening to stories from friends and strangers, going on adventures, watching Greys-Anatomy, and hanging out with my friends at Spotsylvania High School where I have been a Young Life leader for the past three years (a ministry that I credit with incredible support and growth in my walk with Jesus).
I fully devoted my life to our God my freshman year of college. I am thankful for all that brought me to that moment: my incredible family, YL leader Laurie Kushin and some unbelievable friends.
I am incredibly thankful for the community that has stood by me through it all, continually challenging me, and never settling.
