Welcome 🙂

I’m so excited to say that God has spoken to me and the World Race is what He has called me to do! 2014 is going to be the most rewarding, yet challenging year and I know that God will use me and my team (A-SQUAD) to bring love to those in need!

Where I’m going:

UPDATE!!!! (12/4/13): I’m on the January 2014 Route 3. We get to love on people in Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Thailand, Myanmar (Burma), Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, South Africa, Swaziland

What I’m going to do:

11n11; Serve for 11 months in 11 countries. I will blog as often as I can to keep you updated on what I’m doing and how God is using me as His hands and feet.

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit but in humility consider others greater than yourself. Each of you should look not on your own interests but onto the interests of others” ~Phil 2:3-4

What YOU can do:

PRAY! Prayers for me, my team, the countries that we will be traveling to, and the people in those countries. Pray that God can shine through us and His love to be shared across the world.

GIVE! I know that God will provide, and that $17,000 is no small ask, but through God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). I pray that my friends and family take the time to consider supporting and partnering with me on this journey (your donations are tax deductible). The ability to give allows you to take part with me (and it allows the me opportunity to go)! Without your support, this would not be possible.

SHARE! Feel free to share my blog with friends, family, co-workers, or anyone you feel called to share my blog with. www.amynoakes.theworldrace.org

Where does your money go:

Yes, $17,000 is a lot of money, so I want you to know where its going! From the time I leave the states in January until I get back in late November/early December, all my expenses are covered. That’s 4+ international flights, food, shelter (whatever that looks like!), transportation, my coverage for international insurance, supplies and admin fees for the World Race/Adventures in Missions. Not bad if you think about it!

Thank you all again; your prayers, support, and encouragement are invaluable!

Happy to serve,

Amy
