So I’ve finished the World Race, what’s next? Go back to my old lifestyle? I think not. Go back to exactly who I was before? I don’t even think that’s possible. I am a completely different person than I was before I left and there’s no turning back.
Back in February, while in Cambodia, God had already spoken to me about what I am supposed to do after the race and since He told me to do it I’m following through. In this blog I am going to share with you what God has in plan for me in this next season of my life.
Right now I am living back in North Carolina and working at my job at the Aveda Institute Chapel Hill and I have been so happy to be back working. I love my job, I have a great schedule, great salary and I love the people I work with. Not only that, but also my church is here, most of my friends are here and I have family here as well. It’s been such a blessing to be back and I can truly say that I am in my comfort zone again. But God didn’t call me to live in my comfort zone.
I am excited to tell you all that this coming September 2015 I have been accepted to Adventures in Missions’ internship program known as the Center for Global Action, or CGA, and I will be moving to Gainsville, GA. While at CGA I will be working at the Adventure in Missions offices, taking leadership classes and living in community with other CGA people and Adventures staff.
I am currently enrolled for just the Fall semester which is from September to December, and hopefully after that I will be doing some more things with Adventures in Missions. I’d like to invite everyone who reads this to prayerfully consider partnering with me, God and Adventures in Missions in this. Whether your contribution be monetary or through prayer God will bless it!
My current support goal I have to raise is $3950, if you’d like to support me financially you can click on the ‘support me’ link on the left hand side and follow the directions. If you have more questions, would like me to send you a support letter in the mail, or would like to contact me directly here is my email address.

Lastly, I will also be raising personal money for this time as well. Since I won’t be paid for this internship it doesn’t mean my student loans will go away. If you’d like to support me personally look out for that on Facebook or feel free to email me!
Thank you so much for all of your prayers and consideration!
