Over these last couple of weeks I have been reading a book called, “Release the Power of Jesus” by Bill Johnson. While on the World Race, somewhere along the way, I acquired this book from a squad mate off of our FREE table. Still my favorite table to this day! Finally, a year later I find myself transfixed by the words.

“Testimonies prophesy God’s intent and nature to all who will hear.”

When we share our stories, of what God has done, atmospheres begin to shift; a supernatural release happens. “Faith is being released through the power of a story.” Have you experienced that? I know I have. The more I hear, the more my I sense my faith being deepened.

The other day someone at our staff meeting shared a story of how a situation that seemed merely impossible to him became possible. Him sharing, fueled this ongoing topic of impossible vs. possible that has been stirring deep within since someone taught about it, this past March, back in Georgia.

“When we share these stories, we are releasing the anointing of the spirit of prophecy over one another, saying, “This is our God. This is what He is like. This is what He is doing and is going to do. It gives us grace to face whatever impossibilities we are currently facing.”

In Georgia we were challenged to make a list of things that seemed quite IMPOSSIBLE to us that we wanted to see GOD MAKE POSSIBLE. To God, nothing is too big or impossible! “All things are possible to him who believes.” Mark 9:23. Here is some vulnerability for you…some things I wrote down back then that I am believing God for in Jesus Name…

the original entry from March surrounded by stars of HOPE from
the kids in Haiti this past June

 1) My support account will be filled with monthly supporters who are willing to come alongside me on this journey. (At the beginning of the Thailand process, this seemed impossible. Then I was reminded of God’s faithfulness and how He has provided in the past. Sure enough this one is coming to pass!)

2) That God will wipe out all my debt (student loans and mortgage) so I can be free from all chains that might hold me back from bringing Kingdom to the NATIONS. I have heard story after story of this happening and fully BELIEVE that nothing is too big for Papa God! Plus, it would free me up to bless others in the same way.

an ADVENTURE waiting to happen

 3) That God will lead my future husband to relentlessly pursue me all the way to Thailand. He will move across the world for me because I am worth it, as well as the people who live here! (I am finding that God can bring the same man to me in Thailand as He could have when I was back in Indiana or Georgia. What a better place for God to bring him than Thailand; living out HIS LOVE in a faraway place?! He sure is going to be one special guy, and it will surely be one story that only God could script out.)

A remote village off the border of Burma Thailand that Aimee and I went to with some
friends.  They are going to be building a new playground for the kdis!

NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE! In Jesus Name, these things, and so many more, will come to pass. I have seen, I have heard the stories, and now I am believing God for the impossible. What about you?
