I have been prodded to write a letter to everyone in my life who I am in close relationship with.  I am learning that God wants me to see others how He sees them.  When I communicate to others how He sees them it makes them want to rise up in the areas they may be slacking in and it makes them push harder in the areas they are doing especially well in.  God sees us complete, not lacking in anything.  We are already but not yet.  I want to see the whole person God sees.  I want to see their heart and character. I want to see their prophetic destiny and the part they play in the kingdom of God.  I want to see their gifts, talents, and abilities. I want to see their love for God and others.

I can choose to look at people through my human eyes and see the places they have hurt me or ways they screw up, or I can ask God for His eyes and push the ones I love into their God-given identity.  Try asking God for His eyes for your family and close friends, and write what He downloads to you.  Whether you share with them or not is up to you but I am moved with love for those in my life when the Lord shows me who He has made them to be.  Speak up about who others are in Christ. Let it bless you and bless them!
