We are scheduled to leave on our trip June 1, 2009. We have a May 15 deadline for 60% of the total funds to be in the AIM account. 60% of $27.600.00 = $16,560.00

Also, thank you to everyone who have given directly to Jared and me for supplies, shots, insurance, ect. My backpack was bought for me by some dear friends and I like it sooo much!!! Here’s a picture of me with my backpack on right before we left for training camp. Wow, it was so heavy and that was only for 10 days.
There is a shoe, a sandal rather, that the World Racers highly recommend. I’m proud to show you a picture of my new Chaco Sandals! I thought they were so ugly at first, but they grew on me. They’re so comfortable, durable, and… they make me feel more like a World Racer! )
