Hi! I’m Amy. Welcome to my World Race blog! This is where I will be updating you on everything that’s happening before, during, and after the race. I’ll start by telling you a few things about myself:

I’m 23 years old.

I’m currently living in the greater Boston area where I’ve lived most of my life.

I spent much of my childhood in Vermont, which is pretty much my favorite place ever.

I’m an identical twin, and I have an older sister who’s just a year older than us–I know, yikes!

I’m an INFP all the way.

I’m a nurse.

I studied nursing at Anderson Univerduty in Anderson, IN and graduated with my nursing degree in December, 2014

I have a lot of dreams in life, but I’m still figuring out which passions the Lord is calling me to pursue.

I love coffee a little more than I should—I think because it brings us closer together and invites us to share our hearts with one another. But mostly it’s just yummy.

I’m not athletic by any means; snowboarding is basically the only sport I can do.

I strongly dislike small talk.

I enjoy getting lost in nature.

I don’t have a favorite season because I love them all, but if I had to choose it would be winter. Actually summer… or maybe spring or fall?

I’m really bad with decisions.

I tend to be somewhat of an idealist, which can sometimes be my downfall and sometimes annoys people but I still prefer to see the best in people.

I like to draw, paint, and write. I also enjoy DIY-ing, interior design, and just making stuff.

I hate being in the spotlight.

I like to write songs, but I rarely finish any of them.

My favorite passage is Isaiah 55; it’s what I live by.

Thanks for taking the time to check out my blog, I would love to connect with you and for you to share in this great big adventure with me! 🙂
