Sihanoukville, Cambodia
My team had a short three weeks here,
but we managed to pack it full of ministry and fun.
Here’s a tiny peak at what went on.
We went on a snokeling trip and visited a couple of islands.
Beautiful beach front bungalows.
Team Current and the squad leaders near the end of the snorkel adventure.
I rarely ever drink the stuff in the States but
now I’m a little bit in love with
Coca Cola.
Fellow snorkeling boat in the Bay of Thailand
Katie and Carl experiencing the Cambodian version of an ice cream sandwich.
Yes that is ice cream on a bun.
The ice cream kind of tasted like hot dogs.
The face you make after you eat a hot dog flavored ice cream sandwich
Riding in style.
It was raining so the driver put down the lovely rain shields for us.
Two of my trampoline playmates.
The boy on the left has a name I can’t pronounce.
We call him Pom Oi Oi which means ‘fart, stinky, stinky’
because he thinks it’s funny to fart on us.
I would like you to know I can officially do 27 toe touches in a row.
I only know this because the boys did 25 and I had to prove that I could too.
I’ve learned a whole bunch of new games with the kids.
This time I was having trouble understanding and repeating
what I was supposed to say.
Night time palm.
One of our first English classes the kids told us
only coconut trees grow on the beach.
Palm trees grow away from the beach.
So I suppose this is actually a coconut tree.
Sunset view from Victory Beach.
I hope you enjoyed the view!
