I am so excited to launch my first fundraiser, Oh the Places We Will Go, TODAY!!! As, many of you all know, I have been selected to participate in an 11-month Exhibition Mission to the 1040 window* beginning in August of 2018. During this time, I will serve in Spain, Morocco, Jordan, Israel, Cyprus, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia and China. I cannot do this without your help and it is based on accepting this call to go, that I humbly request your partnership in this journey. I would like to formally invite you to ADOPT A COUNTRY!
“Wow! How do I adopt a country?” you ask. Well, I’m happy you asked! Each country cost $1700, which includes my lodging, travel, meals and insurance. The process to adopt a country is easy:
- Choose a Country (Spain, Morocco, Jordan, Israel, Cyprus, Georgia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia and China)
- Choose a donation amount and help me reach my goal for that country!
- Go to my blog (ambersmith.theworldrace.org ) and donate! Don’t forget all donations are tax refundable!!!
- Send me a message or comment with the country that you plan to adopt. (I will contact you personally for the value of your donation or commitment and any additional information that may be required)
All partners that commit to donate over $150 in total or over time will receive a starter kit with a print out of a flag and information about the country that they adopted. During the trip, I will, also, send a special update about the work we partnered to do in your country!

*The 1040 window refers to the multiple regions located between 10 and 40 degrees north of the equator in the western hemisphere. This window includes of millions of people who have never heard the name of Jesus.
