Dear Family and Friends,
For a long time now I have felt God saying, “Amber, go and preach to the ends of the earth”. In the middle of January, I felt God saying, “Its time Amber” but I wasn’t sure at that time where he would send me but I trusted his guidance, I trusted he would show me how and exactly when that time would be.
Even though I have done mission work in the United States I knew it was time to go to the ends of the Earth. In March is when I began the process to be a member of a World Race Team, that would depart in October for 11 months. I got the news that I was accepted on April 7. With this news came the excitement and anticipation of being able to start this adventure. The World Race is a 11-month mission trip to 11 different countries. I depart in October with our first stop being Bosnia/Serbia. Every month we will visit a new country and have a new focus such as children’s ministry, women’s trafficking, orphan care, hospital care, and anything else needed to be done while showing the love of our Lord. The countries on my route will include Albania, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.
There are two ways you can be a part of my adventure. The most important way is to support me through prayer. Praying for my team and I, praying for our health, not just physical but mentally and most importantly spiritually, safe travels, and that we would step aside and let God work through us for His glory. Another way you can help is with financial support. I need to raise $17,617, which will cover all my field expenses for the entire 11-month trip. If you are able, please consider donating. Adventures In Missions is a tax-exempt organization under IRS code 501(c)(3) and is a member of the ECFA. (Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability). Due to IRS and ECFA regulations governing the administration of tax deductible donations given in support of a particular trip/program, support contributions given on behalf of an individual will be used to offset the costs of the trip/program you are involved in. All contributions are non-refundable regardless of the participant’s success in completing the program.
