My name is Amaris Leah Rae Duryea. I am currently a 21 year old, COLLEGE GRADUATE from Colorado Christian University. I finished school this past May with a degree in Psychology and an emphasis in Biblical Studies. I grew up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado with my two amazing parents, Chris & Rebecca. I have three sisters, Matthia, Kailee, and Raya, who I am lucky to also call my best friends.
I have spent the first 21 years of my life being relentlessly pursued by the God of the universe, and I hope to spend my remaining years relentlessly pursuing him back. No matter how many times I turned away from His nudges and calls, He never left me. My ideal life would be filled with sharing just a fraction of the love that God has showed me to other people who don’t feel like they belong anywhere. How amazing is it that we all belong in God’s kingdom? I possess the best news in the world, and I can’t help but share it with everyone that I come into contact with.
I am incredibly excited for this next year of life with God as my provider, Jesus as my best friend, and the Holy Spirit as the ultimate comforter and teacher. Life is FUN!!!!
