Hello Everyone!
I have just graduated from Purdue University with both an Associate’s degree and Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Technology! These past four years have absolutely flown by. Through that time God opened up so many opportunities for me to grow both in my faith and my career and has now, upon graduation, led me to the World Race.
What is the World Race? It is a mission trip to 11 countries in 11 months where my team and I will partner with local churches and ministries to serve the communities and preach the Gospel. This will look differently each month, with our time being spent unique to each country’s needs. The World Race is funded by Adventures in Mission (AIM), an interdenominational mission’s organization founded in 1989. Since then, they have sent over 110,000 people into the mission’s field, partnering with 1,163 communities in over 80 countries.
My team and I will leave October 2018 and I need your help! First, myself and my squad would appreciate your prayers above all else. Our time spent on mission will be stretching physically, mentally, and spiritually. Please pray that God will be preparing myself and the communities that I will be going to have open hearts and minds to the work God has planned. Secondly, I will also be in need of financial support. I need to raise $18,700 by January 2019. I am currently at 73% and am just short about $5,000 to be fully funded! The money raised covers all field expenses for the 11 months such as food, travel, and lodging. I ask for you to partner along with me through financial support, in part, playing a role in the plan that God has for us.
