Those are the words I heard so clearly, so deeply. I had just finished a to do list. I filled that little square as if my life depended on it.
Because some days I feel like it does. Some days I am fooled, I believe the lie that I have to figure it all out, that the responsibility is mine.
Worry is worthless and we all know it but most days no part of ourselves will allow that truth to sit.
Just breathe. You don’t have to have the answer right now.
Sit in the silence, let it linger.
Wait one minute and let your savior do some saving.
I think of the endless list that occupies the precious space in my head a heart, and most days the enemy convinces me I am a mess. Jesus handled the cross, I think he can handle our mess.

My name is Amanda and I am a missionary.
Jesus stole my heart at a young age and romanced me with his people in college. Last year I got the opportunity to travel to 11 countries in 11 months and do ministry with some amazing people on the World Race. When I returned home a couple of months ago Jesus told me it was just the beginning.
In April, yes 4 weeks, I am opening the door on the net season.
G42 Leadership Academy in Mijas, Spain. For 6months I will embrace a culture of living around kitchen table. I will learn, live, and do live with a small community of believers. The goal is to be mentored, inspired, and equipped; to locate my passion and execute my calling for the kingdom.
I am crazy excited to take this leap of faith, and I need your help.
