If you haven't read Love Does, by Bob Goff I highly recommend it!
This past weekend I traveled to Tacoma for the Love Does Stuff Conference and it was spectacular! There were amazing speakers and a great concert and Kid President even showed up! I am still processing the weekend but It has more than inspired me.
The conference was also a great place to see love in action, to be surrounded by a new friends family who operate on a different economy. I am also seeing that first hand through people supporting me. Almost everyday I have a new donation, a t shirt order, or someone goes and buys my pack or my tent. God has been so gracious and good through this process. I have no doubt in my mind that I will be fully funded before I leave, with all needed gear in hand.
As my time at Bethany is coming to an end I know goodbye will be one of the hardest yet, but I can't help but get crazy pumped that my next season is being Jesus around the world, I get to go to the ends of the earth to share the gospel. That is some good news.
Love Does Stuff.
What is love doing in your life, and how are you doing love.
I've been inspired to do a little more love everyday, to open my eyes to the hurt around me and find ways to help. Join me? Is loving people better, and deeper; join the love does family, it doesn't take much just a willing heart.
…what a perfect time to join; some of our Love Does Family is in OK and needs our help!! Let's shower them with love, support, comfort, and man power to heal their land. I can't wait to see what God does in spite of this storm, it's going to be amazing.
