This past weekend I got flown out to Austin by my best friend. The three most important people to me in college.. and of all time maybe are Han, Jenn, and Ana and it had been a year since I had seen them. With World Race fundraising and having to tie up loose financial ends at home I was not able to commit to the Austin trip. Little did I know that would not keep me from going.

Yes I am blessed beyond measure.

The weekend was just what the Lord ordered. It was spiritually refreshing and an amazing break from reality. Austin just feels right.

That's Ana. We lived together for most of college and she makes me a better person.

This trip was filled to the brim with goodness. I got to stay with  Hannah at Jenny and Ben' house. I got to visit Concordia, catch up with my loves. We ice skated, ate way too much, and walked the trail of lights. I got to worship at ACF which always feels like going home. Mostly I feel like I got to say goodbye for a bit. I got to give Austin and it's people a big hug.

And I cried.

Goodbyes are hard even if it's just for a year.

Here are some glimpses of this weekend. My heart is full, I am loved well by these women of God.
