During this season of thanksgiving, I want to truly thank the Lord for all that He has blessed me with. Even though this was my first holiday away from home, it was one of my favorites.
I am thankful for legs that are able to carry me on a 5K turkey trot with my team.
I am thankful for community, here on the race and at home.
I am thankful for skype, and the ability to talk to my family and friends this holiday.
I am thankful that the Lord never gives up on me, and that he knows exactly what I need.
I am thankful for Anita and Bethel, our ministry this month.
I am thankful for a team that pushes me, in every area of life.
I am thankful for the beautiful children that I get to see everyday.
I am thankful for the people who have supported me and the generosity they have shown.
I am thankful for trips to the beach with my team.
I am thankful for morning coffee and hammocks.
I am thankful for lemons the size of your head, and the abundance of bananas.
I am thankful for the rain, and the way that the Lord speaks to me through it.
I am thankful for the hugs and kisses that the little kids love to give us.
I am thankful for memories I've made on the race so far. I will never forget the beautiful people I have met.
