My name is Amanda and I'm so excited to be a part of the World Race!
I can't wait to share this next year with all of you.
Here are a few things about me to start:
I was born in Delaware, raised in Maryland, and have spent the last three years as a resident of New York City.
I'm one of four children, raised in a Pastor's family (PK's represent!)
Photography is my passion – it's the only thing that I could imagine doing every day for the rest of my life an not getting sick of.
I'm hopelessly addicted to coffee .. but who isn't, right?
Fall is by far my favorite season.
If I could have a super power, it would be the ability to fly. But more like Peter Pan than Superman.
I love to read and can't fall asleep without a book in my hand.
I believe that, much of the time, joy is a choice.
Mint chocolate chip is my favorite ice cream but it tastes so much better if it's green.
I think pregnant bellies are one of the most beautiful things in the world.
My family is incredible and I'm so blessed to have them – they are my lifeline.
I'm a dreamer
And a huge dork
And I love that I have no idea what tomorrow will bring.
Lastly & most importantly I love Jesus Christ with everything I have and am so thankful for what He has done in my life to bring me to this point.
I'm so humbled to have the opportunity to be His hands and feet in this world.
