Hey everybody!
First off, for those of you who have sent in a financial contribution, thank you so much!!!
Secondly, I got a comment on my last post asking for prayer requests for me. Here are some things you can be praying for.
- Stand in agreement with me that all my finances/needs are already met, not just me but for Katie as well. (katiesullivan.theworldrace.org)
- That we would have a low cost way to get to and from training (Oct. 17-26, 2008)
- That our fundraisers would be successful.
- Most importantly, that we would have guidance and discernment of what God is telling us and obedience to do it. And always, that we would have wisdom.
Thirdly…Fundraisers galore!
Katie and I came up with a game for our fundraisers this week. We’re going to do all kinds of stuff; craft fair, chili cook off, an auction, babysitting on the Friday after thanksgiving, just to name the big ones. We are really excited!!
August is going to be mostly devoted to planning, however I’m going to have a garage sale next weekend (9th) and Katie is going to have one on the 23rd.
