Hey Everyone,
Well I had written out a nice long blog describing what´s been going on, however I can´t get it off the flash drive on the computers here, so I unfortunately am writing another quick blog.
This afternoon we will be heading up the mountains about an hour away where we will be encouraging the body, working with the kids and a compassion school as well as doing some farm work. We are excited because we are the first of the H-squad to ¨rough it¨ so to speak, in our tents and out houses and all that. I hope to be a pro at bucket showers after this month!
Launch training here has been amazing, can´t believe it´s over already. God dealt with me on a lot of issues, especially about choice. I¨m choosing Him! I´m choosing to believe that He is indeed who He says He is and through Him ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!! He´s already been showing us His power and amazing protection.
Up in the mountains there is a lot of saint worship as a distorted version of catholism and I ask that you would pray that people´s eyes would be open to idolatry and find the freedom that Christ has to offer.
Seeing how we´ll be in the mts. I won´t be in much contact….probably very little electricity there. People will be coming down during the month and hopefully they can post a blog for me. I think that´s the only way you´ll really hear from me this month.
