I want to blog this month through pictures. I feel like they would be able to capture Romania more than my words. This month we were in Bucahrest, Romania, living at Casa Shalom, a previous orphanage, now a hub for all kinds of ministry activity. Our main ministry was to the gypsies. The gypsy people are rejected by the Romanians because of their past defined by stealing from the Romanian people. The gypsies that we had the opportunity to visit were very poor. We played with the children, gave them clothing, did yard work, gave school supplies to the kids, and did our best to love this rejected people group.
