So I have this new friend. His name is Vasilije. Vasilijie is from Zurich, Switzerland, and came to Byron Bay to attend the English school in town for a month. I was talking to Vasilije last week at the free BBQ and he asked me to teach him English. This marked the beginning of a beautiful friendship. J
Vasilije and I meet every day for a few hours and I teach him English. The language school goes at a much faster pace and is very difficult for a beginner. I LOVE meeting with him and seeing his excitement when he learns something new. We have become great friends and hopefully I will be able to go to Zurich one day and meet his wife and children. Get this… Vasilije received eighth place in the World Table Tennis Championship… how sweet is that?!? I am just so blessed by this man and the opportunity I have to teach him English. Who would have ever thought that I would come to Byron Bay, Australia, and end up teaching English to a Swiss man?? Gotta love the way the Lord works!! 🙂
