Close your eyes. Imagine the most beautiful landscape you have ever seen.

Visualize the environment:

Are your feet walking on sand or resting atop a mountain?

How does the air around you feel? Is a breeze brushing against your skin or is the air peacefully calm?

What colors surround you? Do you see the vibrant greens of trees or crystal clear water?

Do you hear the crashing of waves or the rustling of leaves? Is there a song in the air?

What do you see? How do you feel?

Take in the beauty God created for you. All this beauty, all of the earth was created for our joy and for his glory. God created the world; he created the day and the night, he created the earth and the seas with all the plants and the animals and he created the stars in all their majesty yet he still wasn’t satisfied.

All the beauty you see wasn’t enough. We know the grandeur of the tallest mountain and the tranquility of the oceans yet something was missing. God craved more; he wanted more. He longed for a deeper existence, for a beauty that surpassed all.

Then God created YOU.

For all the beauty in the world does not come close to the beauty in you. You were “made in his image, after his own likeness” – Genesis 1: 26.

Every person on this earth is more beautiful than the most beautiful landscape you have ever seen. Every person you see is:

Beautiful                                           Blessed

                     Loved                                           Gifted

                                        Chosen

      Irreplaceable                                   Complete

Every person you see is a masterpiece.
