It’s hard to believe 5 months of the World Race have already passed!  As we enter month 6 we also approach our half way mark on the Race, which happens to fall on Christmas Eve!

I’m super exited for this next season of ministry, and that leads me to update #1.
This month my team will be working with two other teams and partnering with an organization called Volunteer in South Africa.  We will be living just outside of Plettensberg Bay and on then famous Garden Route.  Our ministry will be hosting sports camps for kids playing soccer, netball, cricket and surfing!  Also, we’ll be living in our tents!  I’m so excited!
Another note, our access to internet will be little to none, so be assured I’m collecting stories, videos and memories, and I’ll share them with you whenever I can.
My second, and probably more important announcement is that I’M FULLY FUNDED!!!  Thank you so much to everyone who’s helped me along the way!  I’m still counting on my monthly supporters to help me reach the finish line, but with everything included, I’m there!  Yay!  Now I’m able to do these next 6 months of ministry without any worries of funding!
That being said, I have a teammate that still needs to raise $700 and is in danger of going home if she doesn’t.  Lauren is an amazing woman of God and uber talented, we can’t lose her.  If you would like to help support her you can do so by going here https://www.adventures.org/give/donate.asp?giveto=worldrace&desc=For%20Lauren%20Erb&tuid=10365188
Now I’d like to leave off by wishing you all very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Here’s a little video my team made, it’s a little long, but awesome, enjoy!
