Imagine this… You're a child living in Bethlehem.  You can't walk.  You have no way to get around unless your parents, siblings, or friends carry you there.  But one day, a van comes into town and has wheel chairs.  There's one with your name written all over it!  And suddenly, your life is changed forever.

On Tuesday, we went to Antigua and worked with Hope Haven Guatemala.  They build wheel chairs for children who can't afford them.  But they aren't just any wheel chair.  The chairs that Hope Haven builds grow with the children.  This means that a child can have the same wheel chair for many years, and it can be adjusted as needed.  In total, we build 36 wheel chairs; all which are to be shipped to Bethlehem (along with 162 other chairs) and given to children who are in the same situation as you imagined yourself.

How cool is that?!  I'll tell you… Really cool.
