Hello again!
The squad has finished their first month and has been in Peru for the last ten days! In that time, each team had freedom to choose what they wanted each day to look like.
Some played worship in the park or the square, wrote letters in Spanish to hand out to someone, prayer walks, there was even a day where two teams came together and fasted but used their food money for that day to buy food for others and then broke the fast in the evening with communion.
Those are just some of the things that teams have been doing. We also went to see Manchu Picchu at different times.
It was gorgeous!
Now we are all in Lima for about 10 days for Miracle Week.
We have a pretty big leadership team and each one of us will be sharing something different with the squad. We will be teaching or sharing on the following topics; soul care, spiritual gifts, prophecy, importance of intimacy, finding kingdom, and doing some leadership growth. We are going to be having some worship, and outreaches each day in the community as well.
We are so expectant on how the Lord wants to use us this week, our mentor, Tammy, named this week Miracle Week.
The definition of miracle is a surprising and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws and is therefore considered to be the work of a divine agency.(aka God)
