Fight. Thyme is a fighter, a warrior. When she sees a situation, she fights for her voice to be heard; she fights for the best way to get things done. She also fights for people: to know them, love them, see them, and support them (especially her very best friends). There is something about her character that draws people to her — they feel welcomed and appreciated in her presence. Fight. Jesus fights for us. He fights to love us, and fights to make us BELIEVE that we are loved. And holy. And cherished. And set apart. No matter how much we reject him, spit in his face, and sprint in the other direction… He leaves the ninety-nine for the one. Every time.
