Hi friends!
Thanks for waltzing on over to my little blog. I hope my words inspire you, encourage you, and challenge you to take a deeper look into who the Lord is. There is nothing I desire more than His glory to be expressed in all that I do.
A few things about me…
1. I’m 18, and graduated from high school this past summer! (2017)
2. I am in love with art. Painting, crafts, wood, all of it. Creativity is such a cool thing to me, and also a way that I express who the Lord has CREATED me to be. He’s a really awesome Dad and I’m insanely thankful that He gave me the desires and gifts that He did.
3. My passion for overseas missions sparked around 9th grade. I got super interested in organizations like International Justice Mission; I adored the work that they were doing and couldn’t stop reading about it and writing about it. Missions (especially involving sex trafficking) intrigued me and started a fire in my soul that has only grown. I’m insanely thankful for this opportunity that the Lord has given me to go on the World Race. I’ve already learned so much about myself and the Lord… it’s mind-blowing, and I can’t wait to see what the Lord will continue to do in my life as these next 9 months progress.
Looking back on it now, I have no idea how I stumbled on the World Race. It all happened super quickly and honestly just felt so RIGHT. There’s no other way I can describe it besides… GOD. He was working so evidently through that whole situation.
