God has given me a special connection to Rain, ever since training camp I have seen where God has used rain as such a blessing. It has been raining almost everyday in The Dominican. The other day the girls of Team Ahava decided to go out and play in some healing rain. Not only was it healing rain of some physical needs but of our hearts as well. as we danced and leaped down the street splashing in puddles the joy on the faces of the three women of God that I have come to know as sisters created a bond between us. We let it all out, and let the rain wash away any brokenness, hurts, or lies that satan tries to attack us with. We danced and ran with freedom washing over us. A little later we decided to go out and play again in the rain, splashing and jumping we noticed a young mom and her three children watching us from outside their home smiling. We invited them to come out and join us and not only did the children but the mom came out as well. We chased them and splashed them, and spun them around in our arms. I felt so much joy and love. And the young mom of these three beautiful children looked as though she had never had this much fun. We couldn't really talk to them but it didn't matter. By smiling and playing and holding them, we showed them Christ's love and that Love has no language barrier. The rain not only healed us but I have to believe that it healed that mom in some way. To see her smile and play, there was no doubt in my mind God was touching her and showing His love to her.  In Christ's beautiful blessings……
