Wow, month three of the race is already complete! My first three months were spent with the amazing individuals of the Justice League. Now for the next, God knows how many, months I will be enjoying the company and fellowship of my new team Unchained Rythem. The amazing women of my new family are Kaitlyn Wright (team leader), Lauren Erb, Lauren Ricks, Annee Ballard, Amanda Dorough, and Ashley Huber.
Each one of these girls are crazy awesome women of God, and I already see so many qualities in them that I want to follow their examples in.
Kaitlyn Wright is a true leader. She knows how to get things moving and at the same time really care about each of us and what our needs and desires are! Even though she’s the leader she is our friend and sister who makes us all feel just as important and special! This girl has love oozing all over out of her! She’s a very talented actress, but when it comes to her relationship with her Jesus there’s no acting involved. She’s totally legit!
Lauren Erb is a one of a kind times a million! She’s a bundle of laughs and a crazy goofy, amazing woman of God with all kinds of musical talents! I can’t wait to enjoy jamming worship times with this chick! When it comes to words of wisdom this girl can go right to the heart of the matter and push anyone on into greatness!
Lauren Ricks is quite the character! I’ve already gotten lost with this girl not knowing that we both a directionally challenged. But being lost is never a bad thing when you’ve got a girl like Lauren along! She cracks me up and has quite the sense of adventure! I can’t wait to have a ton of fun together! Lauren is also a very encouraging woman, both with her vulnerability in her own life and praying for the best in others!
Ashley Huber is a sweetie pie! She can be loud and crazy and sincere and caring. She’s a great listener and will not let “I’m ok” be the final answer. She really cares about people and wants to see them happy, comfortable and growing. Ashley is also a fellow PA girl and that itself means she’s just plain awesome!
Amanda Dorough is like an encyclopedia. I’ve been told that any question I ask can and will be answered by her! She’s a happy and joyful companion on any occasion. She loves to sing and laugh! I’ve already seen this woman’s humility and am humbled by it!
Annee Ballard is my soccer queen! She’s both crazy athletic and girly! I’m soo excited to enjoy bumping the ball around with her! And as you can see from this picture she’s just a tad crazy – in a good way! Annee has a ton of love and wisdom, and passion for what’s important in life!
Our name is Unchained Rythem. We came up with this name to explain the direction we want to see God take us in these next number of months.
We want to be free, no chains on us, free to live in love, joy, peace, daughterhood, free from past issues, free to move on into greatness in the future.
We also want to be in rythem with the spirit of God, hearing his voice and putting what we hear into practice.
Let me just tell you that I am SOOOOO super excited about my new family and spending as much time as possible with them!!
