There’s a part in Harry Potter -The Chamber of Secrets where Harry is writing in this mysterious diary and asks questions about the Chamber of Secrets. Tom Riddle’s diary responds to Harry saying, “I can’t tell you…but I can show you.” For most of my race, that’s how I feel.

I have a very hard time telling people about my experience. But He has gifted me with the ability to show people instead. I can’t use the right words to explain the sincere, genuine and powerful worship of ten Guatemalans at our mission’s conference last week. I can’t put into the right words how God spoke to me and told me to meet Manuela, an elderly cloth vendor on the street. I can’t explain what it’s like to see people truly on fire for transformation from Christ.

Here’s my attempt at showing you.

This group of Guatemalans is going to Honduras in November on their first mission trip, and for many it is the first time they will leave the country. They are fundraising in a community that on average makes $2-3 a day. Can you imagine? I can’t. We are trying to support them by fundraising for their most expensive part – the transportation to Honduras. If the Lord prompts to you give $5, $27 or $51, please follow the link to give. If you feel called to pray, please do. Support them! (Link)
