So there’s this awesome girl on my new team, Shiloh. I mean, there are five awesome girls and one awesome guy on this team…but this blog is just about one of them. And how much the rest of us awesome people need her to be around. πŸ™‚

I’ve had amazing and overwhelming financial support for my World Race. I’m fully funded, ready to finish this thing without having to worry about finances. The thing about that is, our squad is this crazy FAMILY. So if one person needs something, it doesn’t just affect them. Team Shiloh is a smaller part of this O squad family, and Heather Horton is one of Team Shiloh.

There is a financial deadline coming up on October 31st. Heather needs an additional $1900 in her account by then in order to move on to Tanzania with our team, instead of heading back to Tennessee to work on support raising. I need this to happen. Our team needs this to happen. Honestly there are times that it just seems silly that a little thing like money could keep someone from doing the crazy work that God has us in out here in Uganda. So can you help out??? Here’s a link to her blog where you can help support her.

Seriously, this girl is really good at making sure I don’t “wall up” and keep people out of my life. You can view this as an entirely selfish request on my part, if you want. πŸ™‚ I mean, we shared two mummy sacks (one as mattress and one as comforter) and mosquito net this past weekend. And she doesn’t require me to use full sentences when we talk in order for her to understand me. She needs to stay around. So, c’mon help out!!! πŸ˜€ Love you guys!!!!

P.S. We actually found an internet cafe that will possibly let us upload pictures. Now I just have to take some. Until then, click here if you haven’t seen Kenya pics yet. (Can someone pull them up for my mom? πŸ™‚ thanx)
