“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

Proverbs 3:5-6

So, all of you are probably wondering why I haven’t posted anything about training camp or my upcoming departure. After a lot of prayer, I have decided to postpone my mission trip from August 2018 to January 2019. The reason is, my grandmother has moved in with us because she was diagnosed with stage 3 bone marrow cancer. As a family, we are helping her while she receives treatment and gets settled here in Virginia. I want to be here for my family at this time. My family is extremely important to me and I love them. Family to me is loyalty, responsibility, commitment, and love.

As I mentioned earlier, I’m leaving in January now. My new countries are: Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Togo, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, and Peru.
My training camp is now October 16th thru 26th. I’m very excited for my new route and can’t wait to meet my new squad mates! I have been in contact with some of them that live in Virginia! We already have a date planned next month to meet! I cannot wait! This trip is what God wants and what I want also. I want to be a missionary for my life long career. I want to thank you all for supporting me financially, reading my blogs, and most importantly praying for me. I could never thank y’all enough! Love you guys!!
