Swaziland:

As with most African countries we have visited (Kenya and Uganda) Swazi had the most stunning sunrises and sunsets. I would spend many nights standing outside under some of the brightest stars I've ever seen.

We spent the month working at a care point just down the road from the church we stayed at. We would go in the mornings and teach preschool to about 15 lovely boys and girls. We colored letters of the alphabet, sang songs, danced, and told bible stories. In the afternoons we would come back to spend time with some of the older kids. We spent one afternoon painting the house next to the church we worked with.

There was an American couple from the peace corp we got to know pretty well. They were working with the refugee camp down the road and we were able to partner with them to work on a few projects. Ryan taught at a school, so we had the opportunity to go share Christ with the kids at chapel one morning.
