You’re invited – no not to another party, but rather you’re invited to join me with what God is doing through the ministry I will be starting come this October!
As you know, I am leaving for the World Race, an 11-month mission trip that goes to 11 different countries to serve and love “the least of these” and spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. This was an invitation that I accepted, and I want to invite you to play a vital part in my World Race mission trip.

“Give and you shall receive”
Sound familiar? Luke 6:38 says, “Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full—pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap”.
This Invitation is NOT About “Giving Money”– It’s About Partaking and Receiving
Did you know that scripturally, those who stay are equally important as those who go?
I’ve been reading through the Old Testament, and I want to share a story confirming that there is no difference in God’s eyes which role you play in His ministry.
In 1 Samuel 30, David and his men had just destroyed the Amalekites. When they returned home, they found that the Amalekites had raided, burned their town to the ground and took their wives and children captive. David, unsure of what to do next asked the Lord if he should go after them. When the Lord told him “Yes, go after them and recover everything that was taken from you,” David and his men set out.
When 200 of the 600 were too exhausted to continue and cross the brook Besor, they stayed behind and kept guard over their equipment and supplies. After David and his men struck down the Amalekits and recovered everything that was taken, some of David’s men said to those who stayed behind, “Because they did not go with us, we will give them none of the spoil that we have recovered, except that each man may take his wife and children away and leave.”
David rebuked those men, saying, “You must not do so, my brothers, with what the Lord has given us. He has kept us safe and has handed over to us the band [of Amalekites] that came against us. And who will listen to you in regard to this matter? For as is the share of him who goes down into the battle, so shall his share be who stays by the provisions and supplies; they shall share alike.”
Therefore, when you accept this invitation to support my World Race mission trip whether financially and/or through prayer, you are directly taking part in playing with and loving “the least of these”, befriending human trafficking victims and refugees, teaching English, building and planting. and going door to door spreading the good news of Christ. And in return, you will receive the full reward.
1 Corinthians 3:8 says, “The one who plants and the one who waters work together with the same purpose. And both will be rewarded for their own hard work.”
Without your prayer and support, I wouldn’t be able to do these things. God knows that the “goer” is no good without the “sender”. So I ask that you do not take this invitation lightly.
If you feel God leading you to accept this invitation, I want you to truly partake and receive the blessing on this mission. I am committed to allowing God to work through me and accomplish what He has set out for this journey. I will be updating my supporters often with the work that is being done through blog posts and videos, and my hope is you will follow along and feel equally a part of what God is doing.
