People keep asking me what is going to be the hardest thing about the World Race and it is for sure going to be leaving my family and friends for that long period of time. I love my community that I have and I don’t want to leave them. This year I am missing my best friends wedding, other weddings, babies being born, and other life changes. These changes and missed life events aren’t easy for me, but what is making them easier is knowing that I get to go and love and serve people all of the world for God, and I don’t have to do it alone. I get to do this with the best leaders, squad, and teammates a person could ever ask for! And so I wanted to introduce y’all to my new fam bam so that you can pray for them and encourage them as well!
EXPEDITION SQUAD
These dope peeps are the peeps I will be traveling with for the next 11 months. They are some of the most encouraging, loving, selfless, and dope people that I know! We pray for each other, worship together, dance together, laugh together, cry together, carry each other burdens, and call each other higher. These are people that were willing to help me complete my fitness test after they had already done theirs and some of them carried mine and other’s packs to help us out. Seriously they are the best!
THE JOYRIDERS (aka my team)
Guys I would have been so happy with anyone on my squad as a teammate, but I am so dang excited for this team! I am excited for the fun we are going to have, the ministry we can do together, and all the laughing, crying, and calling higher moments! So without further ado…. my teammates!!
Breanna:She is one of if not the most sweetest and kindest person I have ever met! She is a big encourager to our team and she loves the Lord and people so much. She is willing to do absolutely anything for anyone even if it is way out of her comfort zone. She goes beyond all measures to make sure everyone feels safe, loved, heard, seen, and known.

Tyler aka Mr. Safety:He is a dope dude y’all! He is such a strong dude that runs fast and hard after God and he fights hard for others to do the same. He is humble and has such a servant’s heart. He is also wise and listens to pretty dope music!

Daniel: This dude is so brave physically, emotionally, and spiritually. He is not afraid to talk to anyone and it is the best! He is also loyal with his friendships and always sees the good in people. He is so wise and has such a knowledge about the word of God.

Amber: She is such a strong and encouraging woman! She stands up for what is right and fights for truth. I love how confident she is as a woman of God and she for sure encourages the rest of us to truly know who we are in Christ. She is also such a great listener and so detail- oriented.

Hadassah:She is such a inviting person. She is free-spirtied and brave. She is willing to do anything for the sake of the gospel and for others to feel safe and at home. She is so wise, joyful, and a supportive.
