If a man has a hundred sheep and one of them has gone astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine on the mountains and go in search of the one that went astray? And if he finds it, truly, I say to you, he rejoices over it more than over ninety-nine that never went astray. So it is not the will of my Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.
Matthew 18.10-14
I have found the one God is after.
Allison Brady SchwartzShe goes by the name of Kit, and she has completely stolen my heart.
Even though she is stuck in such bondage, she remains joyful; she is also gentle, incredibly intelligent, and
one of the funniest people I have ever met. She was born to do great things, and I do believe she will accomplish them.

Her story starts as a young girl whose dream was to be a nurse. As she grew older
her dreams seemed like a distant memory. She met the man whom she thought she
would spend the rest of her life with and believed they would be married and raise a family together.

One night would change the entire course of her future.

As her boyfriend was going home one day, he was mistaken for someone
the police were trying to pursue. He was the wrong man, but the police shot him and was killed.
All of Kit’s hopes and dreams shattered in that instant. Around the same time, Kit’s sister was planning
on going to university. In order for Kit’s sister to have the money to go, her parents
sent her from Bangkok to Patong (12 hours away) in order for her to “work the bars” so she can support her family.
I don’t know how long she has been living this life, but when I ask, she
simply replies, “too long.” She admits that she is exhausted and lonely, but she won’t leave [yet]
because she says she has to support her family. She hates this life yet she does it to help her family.
My heart breaks for Kit. I can see her as God sees her, not how people see her. I can see the way God is fighting for her. He desires for none to perish. His desire is to set Kit free and for her to live a life full hope, joy, and love. He won’t relent until He has Kit’s heart.
God is teaching me alot through Kit. He is showing me that I have been very judgemental in the past. God is showing me His love for Kit, and through it I am experiencing His love for ALL of His children: the saved and unsaved.
God wants His disciples to go to the dark places. He doesn’t want us judging them; He simply calls us to love them! Jesus dined with the ones that were deemed unsuitable for the Kingdom, and it was the Pharisees that were questioning His motives.
No longer do I want to be a Pharisee and look down and condemn people for who they are or what they do.
Because the fact is God is LOVE; He loves every single person; and He calls us to love the way He loves.

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way. It is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.

God is showing me through Kit the true meaning of how we are to love each other.
And it is His love that sets a person free.
Kit will be set free by His love and she will be marked by real love
because
Love ALWAYS wins!
