And by yours, I of course, mean mine.

I was just telling a teammate the other day how amazing my Momma is.
She is the most giving, loving, strong woman I know.
She has had to endure many hardships in her life,
some even caused by her children,
and yet she has never faltered.

She is always there to bail us out,
always there to yell at us when we need it (haha),
always there to hug and comfort us only the way that she can.

Being away from her for an entire year has been one of the hardest things about the race.

So Ma, here’s to you.
I hope this is one of the best Mother’s Day’s you’ve ever had.
Take a breather, relax, get a sweet tan while you are in Mexico.

I love you more than I know how to say.
And I am counting down the days till I’m in your arms again.
