At training camp, when they tell you that you better get used to eating rice, they aren’t kidding. I’ve kept track of how many times I’ve eaten rice over the last month and a bit and the number is ridiculously awesome. 

 In the 41 days I’ve been on the race, I’ve eaten rice 46 times. 
That’s more than the number of days I’ve been on the race. 
Some days we have it for every meal. 
 It’s a good thing I love rice.
