In Ecuador I:
– painted a house at a children’s home in the mountains.
– built the foundation of a church on the coast.
– painted a fence and cheered on our men as they built a roof on a church in the middle of the Amazon.
– went door to door in a town full of beautiful people.
– sang in every church service.
– prayed, walked, and prayer walked.
– played with the most beautiful four year old every day.
– snuggled tick infested puppies every day just because I could.
– did tick checks every day.
So far in Peru I’ve:
– ministered to the youth of the church.
– snuggled every baby I see.
– snuggled every puppy I see (they don’t have ticks here).
– played tag with little children.
– worshiped in the park.
– interceded for our team and this town.
– worshiped/danced on a rooftop.
– learned more about my teammates and myself than ever before.
– went door to door in a town full of beautiful people.
– went to the mountains and got to know the people who live there.
And there is still so much more to do here. As it stands right now, I am $4,141.13 short of the next deadline which is fast approaching. I am confident in my purpose here, and I believe in what I have been doing on the field. I am confident that it is not God’s will for me to go home yet. I believe that there are people in Bolivia, Eastern Europe, South Africa, Swaziland, Mozambique, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam that I am meant to serve, I believe in what God is doing here in Peru, and all over the world. I have already seen him move in big ways. I’m not ready to go home.
If you feel believe in what God is doing through me and around me, you can click here.
Literally every dollar counts.
I mean that.
As Mumford & Sons say  “I know my call despite my faults despite and my growing fears”
P.S. It’s September. Which means month 3 is right around the corner. That’s insane. Time flies when you’re having fun.
