Right now I am terribly failing in doing this devotional book called the "Live Dead Journal" edited by Brogden Dick (I highly recommend it!), but I wanted to share a quote that I read the other day that I really liked, nay, loved. It goes a little something like this:
"Life is pitiful, death so familiar, suffering and pain so common, yet I would not be anywhere else. Do not wish me out of this or in any way seek to get me out, for I will not be got out while this trial is on. These are my people, God has given them to me, and I will live or die for Him and His glory." – Gladys Aylward
There is so much to take from this, but I don't want to give you any ideas for fear of you losing your own perspective of this quote. Enjoy it, think about it, have a good evening! God Bless!
