Earlier this week I posted a blog about the Awakening and wanted to send all of you a personal invitation. Unfortunately, the cost of postage prevents me from mailing you all a hand-written invitation. Just pretend this is written in my chicken-scratch and has a little sticker on the envelope!
If you have ever wanted to peek into World Race life for a few days, if you have read the stories, watched the videos, sent donations, prayed prayers, and dreamed of joining us….this is for YOU.
It will be 4 days full of worship, prayer, teaching and maybe a little fun. Dublin, Ireland is one of my favorite cities to visit for various reasons. There is incredible hospitality from the Irish people, a laid back pub culture, easy transportation options and they even speak English! (always a bonus!) Ireland is home to the Cliffs of Mohr, the Guinness factory, Giant’s Causeway, Dublin Castle and so much more! I was there last August and had a fabulous time. In just under 48 hours we toured the countryside, saw the major sights and met some characters.
We have an incredible worship band leading this year (check out Jonathan David Helser on itunes). Combine that with teaching by Michael Hindes, Andrew Shearman, Seth Barnes and Anthony Chapman and it is going to be a phenomenal week. I am excited to see the KINGDOM that will be released. We will have over 300 racers on the field all joining us, plus many of you as or guests.
