When I started writing about my thoughts and feelings on the Lakeland Revival I had no idea the discussions that would spark. I absolutely love opening my email every day and being challenged, rebuked, and encouraged by those who are reading.  Thank you to all of you for reading, writing and challenging me.  Seth Barnes also posted part of a blog and the discussion has been awesome.  Check it out here.

I am still working through what to write about Day 3. It was simply amazing and I am really not sure there are words to accurately describe what is happening here.  There are no words that can describe a move of the Holy Spirit.

We literally dragged ourselves out of bed early yesterday morning and felt anything but revived.  We have stayed the past 2 nights with Jenny Dawson and her family and it has been amazing!!  We have been fed and cared for like kings and queens and her family is a huge blessing to us.  Unfortunately, they live more than an hour from the revival site, so it is usually after midnight before we get home, and we are back on the road about 8:30 AM–so we were dragging in the morning.  We prayed it up in the car on the way there and were ready for some great impartation.

The morning sessions are held at Ignited Church and typically consist of some really good worship and teaching from various people.  Pastor Stephen Strader spoke in the morning and he captured my heart on a few things.   Here is a little tidbits to chew on, I am still working on some theological study to go along with it:

**You drive differently when you have a full tank!**  His point was essentially that we drive differently when our cars are on empty versus when we have a full tank of gas. I thought the analogy was fabulous and a good point for many of us.  When we are absolutely FULL of Jesus we just operate differently than when we are dragging through the days and trying to be Jesus in the flesh.  Think on it.

We spent part of the afternoon at a local nursing home via some ATL (ask the Lord). We prayed with some great people and made some new friends.

The evening session absolutely broke some things open for me and I am still working through them.  When I can wrap my mind around it I will try and share some more.  The anointing of the Lord was so heavy and the worship lasted a powerful 3 hours.

We took the morning off today to hang out with Jenny and her family and rest.  Can’t wait to see what is in store tonight!

“I have posted watchman on your walls, O Jerusalem; they will NEVER be silent day or night.  You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest.”  Isaiah 62:6
