Next month my team and I will be entering Laos, which is a closed country. So because of this we have to take extra precautions to keep safe our team our squad and mainly our ministry contacts, who will be hosting us.
SO…
Starting November 14 my blog will only be accessible through a visitor login password, which is: alliroundtheworld
If you are already subscribed to my blog then you don’t have to worry about a password! That being said, if you are interested in subscribing to my blog you can do that and then you won’t need to use the pesky password to login every time! As a subscriber you will receive an email update whenever I post a new blog. To subscribe, just go to the left side bar and click on the link that says, “Follow my journey. Subscribe to my Blog”. Just enter an email address or phone number.
In addition to a password, I will be limited on what I can say or write about in my blogs. Since email and Internet is sensitive to certain words in Laos, we have been advised to write in code or omit words that might catch attention. So, if there are less blogs posted next month or if they read a little strange, you know why!
You may be wondering, “Allison, other than subscribe to your blog or remember this password, how else can I help and be involved in this process as you enter a closed country?”
Great Question, thanks for asking!! The biggest thing you could be doing with me in preparation is PRAY.
Pray for our time next month, which will start in December, begin praying for the people in and around Laos, pray for our ministry contacts, and pray for safety for my squad, my team and myself.
The support, love, and prayers I receive from the states continually blow me away! Thank you so much for continuing to follow this crazy journey that the Lord has been so gracious to provide me, a journey in which He has been so apparent!
