For four months I have been blessed to serve alongside these amazing people. We have learned a lot from each other and grown to better understand the dynamics of having a “healthy team.” Growth through living in community will continue to be an evolving state of spiritual maturity, but here is what we have learned as a team so far. The bloopers at the end definitely portray a genuine reflection of our team dynamic on a daily basis- We certainly have a lot of fun together.
It’s likely I will not be on this team for the remainder of the race because we are getting ready to go through a series of team changes in order to experience even more spiritual growth and understand God in new ways in light of living and learning from different people on the squad. This team, The Unsounables, will be a group of people who surely hold a special place in my heart. Whatever comes next, I am certain these people will continue to influence and love me well through friendships that last long after the World Race comes to an end for us.
