As many of you know the journey that I am going on this year has been completely funded by gifts from friends, family, and a few from people I’ve never even met. It has been nothing short of amazing to see people’s hearts as they have given support and gotten to share in the work and vision of seeing the Kingdom of God coming on this earth.

Adventures in Missions, the organization I am under, has been gracious in letting their participants come on the field without being fully funded, while giving us financial deadlines that we need to meet in order to stay on the field.

My last deadline is coming up on March 31, 2011, and I am at the point where I need to be fully funded by this time or I get sent home. I know it sounds harsh, but I have faith that this money will come in.

The total amount I need this year is $14,300. Right now my account shows that I have been given $11,381, this means that I still need a total of $2,919 to stay on the race.
 

What You Can Do

As I was thinking about the best way to come up with all of the money it hit me. Based upon a round-a-bout average of the number of people who read my blogs, if everyone who reads my blogs would give just $10 I would be crazy close to becoming fully funded.

Now this does not mean you will be the object of my wrath so much so that you should fear commenting on a blog if you haven’t given, nor does it mean that if you want to give you are constrained to only a $10 gift. All this means is that I am giving people who have been encouraged by reading on my blogs about what God has done the chance to give back and take part in what God will continue to do.
 

How You Can Do It
If you do decide to give you can give two ways.

Important
 If you could have your donations in before 2 weeks time (March 27), the gifts will have time to process and show up in my account so I can know exactly where I stand before my deadline.
