This is my last week in Ecuador! After two months of living in Quito, I have come to love it so much. I genuinely do not want to leave. My itinerary for this next month, though, is Peru!! I leave November 10th and do not arrive to my new home until the 15th. Long travel days:) My trip will include 46 hours of riding in multiple buses bus, crossing the border and a plane ride. I will fly into Iquitos, Peru and then a boat or bus into Nauta, Peru. I encourage you to google it, it looks pretty cool and not like anywhere I’ve been before. This is in the middle of the jungle on the Amazon River!! We will be doing house evangelism which includes praying for people and sharing the gospel to the village. Besides having bucket showers and the possible need to take a boat down the river to ministry everyday, I don’t know much. But I am excited!!

I want to introduce you to some of the beneficiaries at Pan De Vida that I have grown to love and care a lot for in my time here!! My favorites, and the ones I spend the most time with, are the children ages 2-6. I get the privilege of working with them Sunday, Wednesday, and now Thursday too since we added a feeding for all the Venezuelan immigrants. We make crafts, read bible stories, and sing songs (usually happy birthday because that’s the only song I know in Spanish. Hey, it is bound to be someones birthday out of the 30 kids). We love on these kids and have Playdo sculpture contests for an hour before they get to eat. To say I’ll miss these crazy kids is an understatement. It is a joy and blessing that I have gotten to be part of their lives these last 2 months.

This is Jada! He gives us a run for our money every time, but he is also one of my favorites (shhh don’t tell the others). He say “ooh muy malo” when I draw on the board (I mean, I am not really an artist so he has a point) but he also runs and gives me a hug every time he walks in the gate.

This is my little class I get to teach. We play with playdo, color, do a bible story, and make a craft. They are quite busy but even more fun. In this picture they were all laughing at how bad my drawing was. Given, it was bad but it got the point across and made them all laugh:)

Last week we made paper crowns, even me haha. We were telling them that they are all children of the King, so this was their reminder. It was so cute how proudly they wore them all through the feeding that night. This was my last Sunday with them too so it was a little sad!

This is a top view of the feeding. There are usually over 200 different people three times a week eating here. This place gives so much to these people and I have been so honored to get to witness and help out with it.

Thank you guys for your support and prayers and comments!! I see all the comments and love each of them! I would respond but I have limited time on wifi but know I love all of them:)
