It was just 3 years ago, I flew to Gainesville, GA for my own Training Camp, equal parts nervous and excited to meet the group I would spend 11 months traveling the world with, serving others, and spreading the love and hope of Jesus.

My Original Squad: 4th Generation A Squad! October 2015.

I had no idea at that time, how significant this place would be in laying the foundation of my faith and equipping me not only for my mission trip, but in cultivating a life of passionately pursuing everything the Lord has called me into.

This organization, this community, lives out its mission and core values and challenges me to do the same. To wholeheartedly follow the Lord, to step out in faith daily, to love and serve others, to call each other higher by speaking truth in love, and to raising up a generation of young people who know confidently who they are in Christ and to realize the plan and purpose God has for them and providing an incredible avenue to GO and do just that!

I’ve just finished my second training camp as a Squad Mentor and I’m excited to introduce you to 5th Generation Q Squad!!

5th Generation Q Squad! October 2018.

They are so excited, expectant and hungry for the Lord, it’s contagious!! I can’t wait to walk alongside these 22 incredible and passionate participants as they travel to 11 countries in 11 months starting in January!!

My 3 smart and sassy Alumni Squad Leaders: (L-R) Taylor, Carly, and Amanda!

I stepped out of my own comfort zone this training camp and did two teachings during this two weeks! One on Abiding to the Squad Leaders and one on the story of Mary and Martha during women’s time.

Teaching during women’s time on Mary and Martha (Luke 10:38-42)

Sharing some vision for the year with the squad.

I was encouraged by my training team, some of whom are repeats from my training team (and squad!) from last year, that I’m walking in more peace, authority, and confidence since last training camp!

Stepping out in boldness to share a word I got for the whole Training Camp during worship.

One thing I’m certain of, as I finish this training camp and look forward to a new season:

I’m right where I’m supposed to be.

With a new squad, comes another year at Adventures in Missions! I’m currently fundraising for this new fiscal year and looking for more individuals to partner with me financially.

I’m in need of an additional $355 in monthly support. Would you prayerfully consider joining my monthly support team at $25, $50, or $100 a month?

Any amount will get me closer to my goal and afford me more time to focus on my squad on the field instead of my fundraising efforts.

A HUGE thank you to all of you who have and continue to partner with me financially and invest in the ministry of the World Race through Adventures in Missions. YOU ARE A BLESSING! Not only to me, but my squad and all the ministries we partner with around the world! Thank you.
