End of week 2 in Australia already.  We spent this past week in Katherine, Australia, which is a 4 hour drive from Darwin.  We stayed with Rachel Borneman who is an indigenous youth missionary in this town.  Her life every day all day is loving on the community and building relationships, while leading them in Bible studies and other Christian events.  She has a true God-given gift for relationships with the Aboriginal people.  We learned a lot from her this week on building and maintaining relationships.

We also helped her with getting her house in order for other teams.  She leads a really hectic life with Bible College, her relationships with the communities, her events and her obligations to the organization she works under.  We were able to offer her some basic comfort by cleaning and re-organizing her house.  We also helped in outdoor maintenance with weeding the garden and mulch areas.  She had office and secretarial jobs that needed assistance and on Wednesday and Thursday we drove to a local Aboriginal community called Werenbun and played with the local kids and loved on them.

I need some prayer from my supporters ” I love Australia and being out here but the environment has been a little unkind to me.  I have small, itchy bug bites from head to toe and have contracted head lice.  Please pray health, wellness and protection over me and my entire team.  Thank you and God bless!
