I just wanted to update my bloggin’ community –
I had my follow up doctor’s appointment today and she confirmed that the borders were clear of precancerous cells, and my body is healing up nicely…except for an interesting bacterial infection that she treated with a prescription (only $5 pills and only a 7 day order THANK GOD). On a funny note – the antibiotic is in the same family as the pills they give alcoholics when they can’t stop drinking. She warned me not to bring in the new year with alcohol, because alcohol will instantly raise my blood pressure and make me vomit with these pills. Charlie what-now??! Ok, sparkling grape juice fer sure!
So there it is…I am officially healed of this malady. And God is speaking to my heart once again asking me if I believe in His sovereignty. No matter if healing is revealed with a miraculous recovery or a painful procedure with a 4 week recovery time…the end result is the same. Sure, I would have preferred to NOT feel like my insides were making their way to the outside. But God is being glorified through this process. I am so confident in my heavenly father.
