FRIENDS, FAMILY, STRANGERS, EVERYONE!
I have something really important and near and dear to my heart that I am sharing with all of you. And that I would like you all to share with everyone you know as well!
Currently I am living and doing ministry out of Antipolo, Rizal, Philippines and while here I’m partnering with a ministry called Children’s Garden of the Philippines. Children’s Garden does an array of amazing things. For one thing they are a safe house/orphanage for former street boys. Providing them with free food, housing, schooling, and skills to make them into hard working, Jesus loving men. But they also do so much more! Children’s Garden does so many different kinds of outreach. Street ministry, feedings, children’s ministry, and lots more. One of their biggest projects of the year is their BACK TO SCHOOL CAMPAIGN! Children’s Gardens mission is to raise money for kids all over the Philippines for school. They raise money so children can get school supplies, and transportation.
The most amazing part of it all is it only takes $12 USD(Php500) to sponsor one child! Think about how much money we spend on school supplies a year in the states! $12– that’s nothing! That’s two days worth of Starbucks! But feel free to donate more than that!
